No warranty
Information here is gathered from public sources and neighbor reports. It may be incomplete or wrong. Don’t use it as a substitute for calling 911 or your HOA when you need them.
Don’t
Don’t use Ashford Neighbors to harass, surveil, or single out any individual. Don’t scrape it for downstream republishing. The TX DPS data on the safety map is restricted by Texas Code Article 62.005 to community-safety purposes only — using it to threaten or intimidate is a crime.
Moderation
We can remove a report or unsubscribe an email at any time, no questions, if it’s being misused. You can unsubscribe any time by emailing hi@ashfordneighbors.com.
